About Alternative Staffing

Since 1993, Alternative Staffing has offered the Tri-County area a better alternative to staffing solutions. From their humble beginnings, Alternative Staffing grew to six specialty offices—with a staff of more than 25 staffing specialists. 

As a locally owned and operated staffing firm, we are able to offer our clients and candidates more customized solutions. Decisions can be made faster, and we are able to more quickly respond to our clients’ needs.  In the North Charleston area with a satellite office in Orangeburg, the Alternative team works together to address the needs of employers from the capital to the coast of North Carolina.
